Good location. We did not have to climb up the hills with suitcases, as it is located near the main road. The room was really spacious and clean, so it was really nice staying there. The big bottle of water helped us as the shop was closed, so we could not buy the water when we arrived.

Villa Amaroso is a real gem! It is set within its own gorgeous garden right at the top of Agrigento old town, and our room also had a terrace with an incredible view out over the Valley of the Temples. Plus Adriano was full of great recommendations to enjoy Agrigento and the surrounding area. We stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed three more!

The rooms were amazing, we had a beautiful suite and balcony that looked out towards the sea. The quality of the furnishings and decoration was excellent. It was a great place to relax and all amenities were modern from flat screen TVs (multiple) sofa, sun shutters, coffee machine (brand new), and AC. The breakfast and service was wonderful . It was as good as I would expect in a top quality hotel, our hosts picked out an excellent assortment of local produce from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cakes and treats, fresh juice, barista coffees, and even a directly farm sourced local ricotta that was stunning. It made an amazing start to each day. Parking was so easy as we received a gate buzzer to use for the length of our stay. It's also walking distance from the main street and not far from the temples.

It's very easy to make this review since the room have had exceeded my expectations and I have had a wonderful stay. After 6 nights in noisy and hectic Palermo, it was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The room was heading to the back side of the building and so there was no traffic and noise. But even if the would have been, the insonorisation is very good. They have opened one month ago and I have never stayed in such a new room before. It is designed and furnished with a lot of attention to the detail and taste, very functional and comfortable. Special mention to amasing shower, bed and Nespresso coffee machine. Overall, the look and the feel is very luxurious. Location is unbeatable. I was traveling solo and without a car, the place is strategicaly located between the Valley of the Temples and the old town, so I could visit both on feet easily. There is a very good supermarket just behind the building, literary 1min walk away. And last but not least, there are many nice places to stay, but what really makes a difference is the human contact. Communication with Rita was fluid and easy, she is a sunshine, an amasing person and host, she trully pampered me - since the room was not ocupied the night before, she allowed me a way earlier check-in, brought me welcome pastries and croissant next morning for breakfast and gave me a ride to the bus station when departing, for which I am infinitelly grateful, since these are the moments which make a trip trully memorable.

The inside of the building and room exceptional! It was spot clean and smelled wonderful! I even took some pictures of the bottles as it was that great!It’s new and exactly as pictured! Very new technology, as you can enter the building and room by a QR code sent by the owner. There are drinks and some snacks provided, also a kettle and coffee machine. On the balcony was a tiny clothing rack were you can hang some clothes. Alessandro was a lovely host, who responded right away. We had some difficulties with the breakfast vouchers, when we explained it to him he made sure to leave some extras. The family also has a restaurant, which we went to. The food was excellent and also the service. We were greated by Allesandro and some other family members. We would highly recommend staying here! Room-vice it was the best location we stayed during our 19day trip through Italy!

Excellent stay at Villa Colomba. Recently opened, family run establishment with very spcious rooms with airconditioning and wifi, smart tv and lovely pool area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the owners are so nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the owners kindly provided our son with a wide range of gluten free food for breakfast.

Roberta is a super hostess! The accommodation was a hit: super nice and practically furnished rooms, good location and an excellent fresh breakfast. Parking is right at the accommodation, the room had private access including a small garden. Roberta was always helpful and gave us some tips on activities in the area. We did not miss anything and can only recommend it.
