The apartment was amazing. It’s very hotel like. The location was great, with good restaurants and bars near by. I would recommend the apartment and would stay there again. Actual, last door for apartments needs better signage.

Our stay was short, but we really loved and enjoyed the apartment! It was very beautiful and modern with a spacious bathroom, you can tell that it was made with attention in detail! There was a coffee & tea machine and some snacks for breakfast. Davide was a great host, very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was okay and even gave us suggestions for restaurants. We loved everything. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to come back!!

Our stay at b&b Marconi 49 was really great! Its handy location between the station and the historical center makes it ideal for travelers. The rooms were very nice, new and spotlessly clean. Wonderful! Nella was always ready to help with our every need, even the smallest problem got fixed right away. Thank you! Also a lot of thanks to the people of the bar at the ground floor where breakfast is served, they were really friendly and generous! In short, would definitely recommend!

Great location, in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was reachable and friendly and we felt she gave her best to accommodate us in a professional way. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some water, a few bottles of soda and cookies, coffee and tea at our discretion, even one piece of chocolate for each one of us - we really appreciated this and we thank Monica for this kind of treatment. No complaints, only appreciation for the host and the accommodation..

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this remarkable location! From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and organization were top priorities. The place was spotless, and everything was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The host went above and beyond, making us feel right at home. Their kind gesture of picking us up from the airport was a pleasant surprise and showcased their commitment to exceptional service. Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.
