Very nice property with cute rooms. We were staying at the bottom floor and we have a balcony as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is a small bar nearby where we enjoyed our spritzers and some local delicious sandwiches. Also the castle is very close less than a 10 min walk. Unfortunately we stayed there only for a night but we will be definitely going back!

Amazing! I could not recommend enough! Anna and Katia were super sweet and helpful. Bed was super big, the room clean and also big. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and caffes near by. The beach and the port was 5 min walking, the bus stop as well.

A nice gem with all you need for a pleasant stay in Ischia. Spacey, little terrace with lots of privacy, private bathroom in good condition, small fridge and small snacks. Close to the centre of Forio, but far enough away from to have some calm and a local feeling. Vito did everything to make us feel comfortable and was only a call or WhatsApp message away to help. Excellent value. Recommended!!

The property is in an excellent location, very close to the port of arrival. The apartment is nice and clean and the bed is very comfortable. However, what makes this place exceptional is the host, Silverio. He is very kind and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Grazie infinite!

The location of the property is perfect - easy to find, in a lively street, but not noisy. The host was really nice, he even helped us rent a scooter! There was a snack stash in the room, drinks in the mini fridge, a coffee maker in the kitchen. GREAT air conditioning! Everything was amazing, would recommend, we will come back again!
