The host and her family were very kind and helpful despite the language barrier. We did not stay in the room much, but it was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The room was clean, and the coffee and drinks were good too.

A beautiful apartment, the room we stayed in the last few days was very big and had a balcony. The Bed & Breakfast is positioned very close to the city center, many supermarkets close-by. But what impressed us the most was the politeness of the owner: when he had the possibility he changed our room with a bigger one and most important, he was so kind to bring us to the railway station, considering that Latina has the railway station 7 km away from the city center. Also, the place is at the first floor of a building that has an elevator so it’s really easy to transport your luggage.

The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

This is a very nice place. A neat little house, clean an comfortable. We have found it ideal for a vacation with children. The location in a calm residential quarter is very comfortable (close to the sea, a supermarket and several small shops nearby, the Cotral bus stop in the next street). The owners are very nice people. We would like to come again.
