Ideally located, direct bus to Venice around 15 minutes, reasonably priced accommodation located in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean and comfy, lift, parking facility. Very good location. Close to tram, bus, local market. Conditions consistent with the description. Spacious room. Large bathroom. Apartment and bedding are clean. Only 1 kettle available to guests, no dishes, cutlery, are an inconvenience. I recommend this place. Price appropriate to quality.

The Location is perfect. It is close to the train station and a 2 mins walk to a bus stop where you can go straight to Venice. The host was welcoming and nice and gave us some really useful tips to explore Venice. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The room is actually big and the view is not bad!! It was a good deal!
