The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, luminous, and beautifully decorated. On top of that, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and the commodities available very useful (coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge). The high definition TV had plenty of channel options and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The location is great - quiet and central if you want to explore the historic centre of Milan by foot, and just a few minutes away from the nearest metro stop which connects you to Milan's main train station in no time. There is no onsite reception, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and the communication through WhatsApp went smoothly at all times.

The apartment is in excellent location very close to the central station. Self check-in was smooth and seamless thanks to the detailed instructions sent by the host. Communication was great. Breakfast in an Italian bar nearby was a nice touch to allow the guests to experience the Italian atmosphere.The room is modern and well designed with all the amenities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed at MyMilano for three nights and everything was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and everything — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — was modern and stylish. Everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day while we were out. When we returned, the room was spotless, the towels had been changed, and everything was perfectly in order. Any small issues we had were quickly and kindly taken care of by the staff. Their service was fast and professional. Honestly, we have only good things to say — nothing but gratitude! If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. We traveled as a group of 14 people, and we didn’t miss anything. The location is perfect! You are slightly outside the center of the action, but thanks to the excellent metro network, you can get everywhere quickly. The staff is fantastic, and the ladies gave us such a warm welcome.

The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was very high. We liked everything. Simona is very attentive, you can be 100% sure that she will do everything to make your stay even better. She was in touch with me from the first moment, I knew she was waiting for me.     It was in a great location, about 15 min walk from the Duomo and 20 or so minutes on the tram to Central Train station. Diana was a lovely host and her place felt homely and artistic. It was nice to be away from the tourist area where the locals were but close enough to get to everything.
