The place exceeded all our expectations! The whole place is clean and very nicely styled. The area is peaceful, rooms are silent. Maksim's breakfast is incredibly good (the owners also listened to all our wishes - ricotta and focaccia were to die for!) with a lot of variety, and staff is very friendly and kind. The location is also the best - by the beach (much closer than the advertised 500 meters!) with clear water and white sand, and many restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby. We only moved by feet. Grazie mille!

We liked absolutely everything about our stay! Unfortunately we only had one night booked there and had to move to the next location, otherwise we’d definitely extend our stay. Our Flamingo room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a tiny private roof terrace. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The territory is tastefully designed with lots of flowers, pool area is very cute and comfortable. And of course Giada made our stay even better with her warmest hospitality. Highly recommended and thanks for everything!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked great. The place was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The beach was right next door and the bus stop was a short walk away.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Olbia, Al Mare da Francesca is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

This was a great place and we wished we stayed longer. Very friendly owners and staff. The pool was beautiful and clean and together with the garden and the sunbeds it was a quiet and nice place for recreation. The kitchen was great and the room too. It was even better than the pictures. Perfect that you could have the car just near the house and it was easy to get into Olbia. Can absolutly recommend it and hope we can come back someday.

Everything was perfect. Location, 10 min away from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci...5 min away from grocery stores, multiple beaches nearby. The room was the perfect size, equipped with a kettle, fresh packs of coffee, water and biscuits every day, as well as a fresh set of towels. Very, very clean, well maintained. The bathroom has a decent size shower, which was great after a day spent on the beach. There is a small secluded terrace that gives you plenty of privacy if you want to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It's very quiet and relaxing. The host, Gianni was most accommodating and always available when we needed something. A perfect stay. I highly recommend it.

Although quite far from any restaurant or shop I personally quite liked the location since it means that everything is very calm and also the air is a lot fresher and piacevole than close to the beach. You can sit on the veranda in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view. The host is very helpful, booked a dinner for us and set up an island hopping tour for us.

We had a nice stay at Domo Ulleri. Checkin was easy, mattress was perfect hard and comfy. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff was helpful reachable by phone. Also they had an fully working air conditioner
