The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

It was central, clean, comfy, affordable AND has a pool! Plus it has parking on the premise. The host was super friendly and although there was a slight language barrier, he made us feel very welcome. I also enjoyed the complimentary mini breakfast as well, would never have thought that would be included for the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a clean, modern apartment just steps away from the center and 15 minute walk from the sea, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The apartment itself was immaculate and clearly very new, with fresh furnishings and all the comforts of home. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy interior to the fully equipped kitchen. They had a jacuzi. The location was perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The check-in and registration process was smooth and effortless, which really helped start the stay on a positive note.

Katia was super friendly, room was large and we had our own bathroom. Very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was included, yummy croissants etc. Coffee, juice.. nice verandah to sit on and enjoy the garden. We only stayed one night. It is out of town, but Katia recommended an Agriturismi restaurant down the road for dinner, and that was wonderful.

In the city center a big, light, modern and cozy apartment. The view from the balcony is heaven. I really liked our STAY at Bellavista. On the other side of the apartment you have a big terrace with coffe maker and loundry machine… A big and modern bathroom. The location is nice as well, just off the main street with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Property is very clean with a fabulous pool. Would definitely come back!
