Mari is an exceptionnal hostess. The food she serves is just amazing: locally grown, a feast for all the senses and prepared with love. This cannot be surpassed! She waved me goodbuy at the pier of the ferry with music! She makes that Shikoku is a wonder-ful place to stay for the henros.

The property was very clean and tidy, everything was so seamless and smooth without having to worry about the checkin procedure because the owner explained it to you clearly. The extra effort from the owner to try reach me through booking.com messages and whatsapp (it’s quite not normal of japanese to use whatsapp) and explain the check-in procedure. On top of that I left my chest heart monitor during my stay, and they gone all above and beyond to deliver it back to Tokyo through Kuroneko. A very good place to stay if you are on a budget, and their hospitality and prompt response is even faster than your normal 3-4 star hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Tokushima

It was nice to have an entire place to ourselves and several bunk options so we could space out. All the options of games, books, music and gaming consoles is awesome but we didn't know how to connect the devices up (a manual would be nice).

All was perfect to feel like a home. We stay one night in the apartment, and we love it. And come back for another day quickly because went again to same area and we really like the place and feel like a confortable place for all family. Owner is wonderful. We suggested put a basket with toys for kids, and one week after, our second time, kids find a new basket toys!!! Wonderful place to come back next time.
