Very close to the Sand bath. The host picked us up from the railway Station and also at the end of our stay, we got a lift back to the station. He offered for free for each of us a bicycle. As we got a complete house, we could get an imagine, how Japenese live. 100% satisfaction!

I liked that the house is very big and located nicely - not far from the station, and the beach. And there is a store very close. I couldn’t find the tea bags, and the host helped me quickly and even brought some cake :) There is a toilet on the second floor which is very convenient considering that the stairs is very steep. The TV is also quite big.

A wonderful, big, very comfortable and clean Japanese house, all for yourself. Modern and traditional at the same time. Newly renovated to a very high standard with so many wonderful details in the beautiful decoration of the interiour. Set in a nice garden. We were sorry that we only stayed for one night. However, you have to be aware that it is located a bit away from the next village, you need a car to get there and be prepared to drive longer forest roads, depending from where you come from. But it was so much worth it Thank you again very much!

I had a wonderful time. I was greeted warmly by a very kind and enthusiastic staff member and the room was even better than I expected. It was equipped with everything you might need, from toothbrush to sleep wear and even a tea set, so it's perfect for a one night trip from e.g. Kagoshima City to Chiran. The room is quite big. The little table facing the window invited me to work on some of my projects with my laptop, and I was able to focus well thanks to the room's relaxing and minimalistic atmosphere.
