Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Japanese-style apartment. Beautifully decorated. The warm owners took care of everything to make our stay a success. A place in a quiet area. 10 minutes from Torokko station where the Sagano Romantic Train departs. We will definitely want to come back here.

We had a great stay with the homestay, very clean and new facility, friendly and helpful host. the location is great, perfect for exploring Arashiyama early morning to avoid the crowd. We will love to come back and stay if we have a chance.

I loved everything about this accommodation. Starting from Kevin who was an amazing host, welcoming, kind and helped us with a lot of staff. Thank you! I really liked our room with a traditional atmosphere and I was surprised by how spacious and clean it was. The hotel has an elevator and is located in a charming, quiet neighbourhood. Only 20 minutes on foot from the Kyoto Station and the same distance from Gion district. Thank you for having us, definitely will visit next time!

Loved the coffee station and the kitchen space, there are books and board games for guests to use. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a shared bathroom and the shower and toilet were always very clean. The cafe downstairs is also a nice space, great coffee and French toast!

I’m lucky to have the opportunity to live in this lovely house for one night. The host told me that I got the room just because of someone’s cancellation. The glass door at the entrance was so clean that I hit my head against the door. Be careful :) The host family gave us as much convenience as possible : offering us mocha and cookies, helping carry/store the luggage, supporting alipay while my credit card was invalid on the pos machine. The room was clean and well appointed, even an air humidifier was provided. Check-out: the host took photos of us, kindly requested me to stick the dot sticker at the location of my hometown on a world map, which I think are quite meaningful and memorable. The host, she is the best ever. she drove me to Kyoto station after knowing that I would leave Kyoto for Osaka. Noticing that my cellphone was left on the counter, her dad came and brought it straight away. The last night in Kyoto left me with good memories thanks to them.

Very convenient location! I forgot my towel and they kept it behind for me to collect it. There is a foot massager that does help relief the ache after a long day of walking.
