This place is one of my favorites in Sihanoukville and I plan to come back for a few weeks soon. Super clean and friendly!! The best homestay ever for my experience, they welcomed you like a family and they even called you once you made a reservation to know any help they can provide. Upon arrival, the owner passes you the key, give you all the amenities they have there and more. The room is just exceptional, super clean, great WiFi, very large curtain at the window. Specially, room is very spacious plus the bed is very comfy. You can’t find anything like this at the bustle beach city. Great experience and for sure I will recommend this to my friends and for whose who are looking for great place to stay. I will come back!!

Was an amazing villa really clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool we had a beautiful weather everyday. You have a couple of little walk around and the beach 30 minutes walking. I recommend this place. The honor of the place was really helpful.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast cafe 1 min away and a fantastic gym 2 min away. The price is unbeaten in Sihanoukville , room is very clean.

The room was fantastic, 4 months in sth east Asia and I find this little gem !!! Price fair, wifi perfect , bed so comfy, staff happy 😊, room so clean, desk inside, good size fridge to , everything I liked, location nice to I honestly would go back !! I'm not understanding of some of the reviews tho, most are good but some not that good, I've stayed in so many places in my 4 months in vietnam, Laos and Cambodia , this was one of the best !!!

I had an incredible time staying in kactus. Everything there is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the food is really good. I made good friends there, and once you get there leaving sounds impossible ! Would definitely go back if given the chance.

Great location and price. Very friendly. Clean room and bedding. Walk out to the main street, turn left and walk for about 100 yards. You will find a great place to eat, fresh, made to order and cheap. Not open for breakfast.
