So clean and tidy! Beautiful shared spaces, rooms were very nice. Free drinking water and use of kitchen! Ellen was also so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful place to stay and I would really recommend!

Such a great experience! Sam’s place is inviting and cozy, very clean and nicely organized. You basically have your own little living room while here which is such an additional value. You have coffee and tea whenever you need it, and she offers drinking water as well so you can minimize the plastic pollution on the island. You get two strong fans so we had no trouble sleeping at all. She truly makes you feel like home ❤️

12/10 would stay here again! My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and it truly felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect; a two minute walk to the beach and is near bars/restaurants. The staff/owners are the kindest people and put in a lot of care to ensure that their guests are comfortable. Our biggest regret about the whole trip was that we never ordered Mela's famous dumplings! We know better for next time though. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything has been perfect! Simon is a great host, very thoughtful and available for any doubt. The guesthouse is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are cl3an, well equipped and spacious. There's a water boiler in every room and the instant coffee/tea and drinking water are always available for free. There's a garden well maintained with hammocks to chill and the company of a few cats and chickens. The island is a paradise itself but staying at baloo makes it even more enjoyable.

Situated in Koh Rong Sanloem, Sunny Bungalow offers cosy bungalows, 25 km or within an hour ferry ride from Sihanoukville. Guests can enjoy drinks at the on-site bar near the beach.

Before my arrival, Sunnys organised my boat for me to Eden Pier which was literally a minute walk from the bungalows. From the moment I arrived the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The bungalows are spacious, clean and there is outside furniture to chill with your morning coffee (kettle provided in the rooms) The mosquito net was a great addition and there is 5L of drinking water provided free which gets replaced when empty. The offer food at the bar which was lovely and great value. Also has the cheapest beer on the island and the best people to enjoy it with. They hosted a family BBQ one night and it was the best seafood I’ve ever had. Sunnys offer tours and paddle board rentals so you can find everything you need here. They also organised my return ferry and booked my bus going to Phnom Penh when I was leaving. They are constantly improving and upgrading the place, for example, they were installing solar panels when I was there. So don’t pay much attention to older reviews as it has likely been upgraded. I extended my stay here because I felt so welcomed and had such a great time. Would highly recommend.

Top tier guest house on the island! The rooms are super clean and comfortable and the house is perfectly located, very close to the beach but far enough so that heavy winds are not too noticeable. Andrew makes the best coffees and creates a very warm, homelike atmosphere. We ended up extending our stay multiple times and during our two weeks here we had family dinners nearly every night (taking turns with who cooks each evening). It’s hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful place and people. Thank you Andrew for making this such a memorable part of our trip! Always happy to come back to Mpai Bai. We'll definitely come back for more!

Waterfront hotel. We had a room with AC which was very nice. MPai Bay is a cozy place where you can still party if you want to. You can also relax and enjoy this little paradise.

We loved our stay at Happiness Guesthouse so much we kept extending! A really beautiful house right by the sea, with a great balcony for relaxing and hosted by a lovely family. We would definitely return here, 100% recommend!!

The path is more strenuous than expected but definitely worth it. Great place to relax and chill Great sunsets 30-40 minute walk from Saracen Bay to Sunset Beach needs more time.
