Such a great place! Madu, the host, is an extremely friendly lady who made me feel like home. Her care and service is beyond amazing. Make sure to try her Dahl as this was one of the best I had in 2 months traveling through SL. The room was clean and comfortable. If I come back to Colombo one day I would stay here again

I especially loved the warm, discreet service. and that most of the staff have been in Mr Bawa's service for many years prior to his passing. They have a palpable sense of love and respect for the late Mr Bawa, his legacy and property.
