Very comfortable and modern room - with both AC and fan, also some insect repellent devices in place and a fridge. Super nice and big bed. Semi outdoor bathroom with a lot of privacy - a great shower experience. Good breakfast as well, and very nice staff. The place is located between two great beaches - Pasikuda and Kalkudah.

A very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep during my stay in Sri Lanka. The AC works like a charm. Nice people, nice place. We came by tuk-tuk and we parked it inside the property which is a plus.

One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way. Beautiful garden clearly made with a lot of love and care, idyllic location near the beach while still quite close to town centre. Really relaxing lovely place! The room was really lovely and comfortable. Also I forgot something in the room and the owner was super lovely about it and very motivated in looking for it and giving it back to me.
