A beautiful place surrounded by greenery and the wonderful sounds of nature. It’s just a 10-minute ride by tuk-tuk or scooter to the center of Ella. The room is spacious and clean, with hot water in the shower. The family running this place is absolutely lovely and very helpful. You are always in touch with the daughter, who patiently answers every question and helps organize anything you might need. The breakfast is local, large, filling, and very tasty. The property is currently being expanded, and more rooms will be available in the future, but for now, there is just one. However, it definitely has great potential, and it’s a must-visit to experience the local atmosphere and meet incredibly kind, friendly, and smiling people. I highly recommend it!

Lush in Ella is a brand new venue and a true hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Yet it is very close to the center of the town. The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. Rasika, his wife and daughter gave us a very warm welcome in their house. They are such a nice and beautiful family! Rasika helped us with organizing our trips, including drivers. We even got invited to the 6th birthday of their daughter and got a lot of delicious cake brought to our room!! The breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka!

Lovely host family, very welcoming. Amazing views from the terraces on each level. Rooms are comfortable with hot water showers and air con. Great breakfast in the morning. We asked for omelettes the second day and this was not a problem. Just bear in mind there is a very steep hill down to the accommodation so bear in mind if you have any difficulty mobility wise. The Main Street is very close for restaurants etc and the walk to the nine arch bridge and little Adam’s peak is quite close from the homestay.

Great place, just out of town,ealkable or plenty of tuktuks avail. just a note,its up a few flights of stairs so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. Beautiful views, wonderful breakfast. Lovely host family.

This is a beautiful homestay where you can relax, the room terrace is big and has an amazing view where you can also enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, taste and the best part is that they make it. The host family is incredible and help you in every moment. I wish them all the best for the future.
