It is a lovely hotel set amongst greenery. I was given the room as requested. It was nice to have many windows and to listen to birds singing in the morning. The hotel is well organised like apartments with the kitchen and dedicated boxes for guests to store their items on the shelves and in the refrigerators. There’s a big dining area. Otherwise, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Beach Road with lots of eateries.

Really good services! Felt safe and really clean, there was always staff to help you. The room was cozy, everything you need! Close to the main road but still in nature, therefore peaceful.

Fantastic location in the center of Hikkaduwa but in a quite place. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach ,railway and bus stations,shops,restaurants-only few minutes by foot. The guesthouse is exceptional -beautiful garden with flowers and nice open air sitting place at the quite side street -beautifull interior of the house with small patio,sitting area,big table with chairs,aquarium with fish,big refrigerator. -big,very good full kitchen with all utensils you can need to cook. -nice rooms with mosquito net,fan/ventilator -good,big toilet with cold/WARM water !!! /common or private/ -very competitive price ! And the most important-fantastic,nice HOSTS !!! You will feel like a person visiting his family members,not as a regular tourist at a guesthouse.

We loved everything about the property, right from the check in, to check out.. the family who is running the property are exceptionally sweet and helpful. Food is so delicious and the rooms and facilities are mind blowing. It was like home away from home. Haven’t been so comfortable on any trip as much as we were at happy man village. Owner is very friendly. Gave us information on places to go, places to eat and how to arrive. Facilities in this accomodation are great which also includes pool and parking and location is perfect to be at the centre of everything. Owner was also very accomodationg to our requests. Stayed in a family suit. Spacious, clean room with a terrific sea view. Delicious breakfast and food in a beach restaurant. Located in the nice part of Hikkaduwa, a lot of cafes and shops right outside of the property. Nice owner who helps guests and overseas property personally.
