Nice and very clean room. Great location, right next to the main bus and train station. Beach within short walking distance. Roshan was very friendly and even helped us to organise a taxi transport to the airport. We highly recommend his place.

We really liked the stay. It was end of season and not busy. The room (No. 12) was clean, power outlets near the beds. Even the switch for the fan. Mosquito net in front of the bathroom window. Nice balcony. Very friendly and welcoming host. Offered us a different room, due to a loud party in the neighbourhood. Can't tell about breakfast, since it was not included. Best stay so far in Sri Lanka.

We loved everything about Sweden Inn. The beautiful owner was so welcoming, friendly, and speaks perfect English. She helped us get settled and advised us about transport. The room was so big and spacious. The A/C was fantastic. The property is in a prime location, yet was quiet and peaceful at the night time. We would love to come back again!

We loved everything about the property, right from the check in, to check out.. the family who is running the property are exceptionally sweet and helpful. Food is so delicious and the rooms and facilities are mind blowing. It was like home away from home. Haven’t been so comfortable on any trip as much as we were at happy man village. Very impressed at the quality and comfort for the price. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. I also appreciated the balcony and the small fridge in the room. A/C worked well. We briefly met the owner and he was very welcoming to us.
