Great value accommodation close to Lion Rock. Kind, friendly, and informative host. Thank you for the 5:30am Tuk Tuk ride to the Rock. Highly recommend a hike up the stairs to the summit too despite the $35 USD entrance fee.

It's a nice little homestay tucked away from the strip. It truly is a 5 min walk from Lion Roc, so great location. The major point is that it's run by two lovely people. The owner offered to take me to Pidurangula at 4.30am because it was too far to walk. Then he cooked an incredible breakfast. Such a great place. I'd recommend it to everyone

The place, is really relaxing, nature surroundings give pleasure and the feeling as if in the jungle. Extremely clean room, comfy bed, full breakfast. The hotel is near the Sigiria, just 5 minutes to get to the entrance. Saman and his family are welcoming and nice people. You are like at your home here. The place to stay for sure. Beautiful rooms, new furnishings inside. The owner Dinusha is very kind, the staff is honest and good, Sunshine Villa really made Sigiriya a beautiful destination. They picked us up at Colombo airport and picked us up safely. In the evening they took us to see elephants at Minneriya National Park. They also had a night safari planned to see the night beauty of Sigiriya. Luckily for us, Sunshine Villa was the place to stay. We had a great experience. I recommend it 100%.

Good location, clean room, beautifull garden. The owners are very, very friendly and helpfull. They can take with tuk tuk. Madam Samanthi makes very delicious breakfest, each day different. Sri lankan food is excellent. Strongly recommended.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The patties were some of the best I’ve ever had. They also served bananas grown on their own farm, called "Naga bananas." I was surprised by their rich, sticky texture. Whenever I asked for help with things I wanted to do or places I wanted to visit, they immediately made arrangements. They were incredibly reliable and helpful. Also, their child was so cute—it was very heartwarming.

Very clean with also hair drier. Room is very new amd with high ceiling and the beds super comfortable. Amazing breakfast with fruit, fresh fruit juice, samball, eggs, jams, coconut rotti. Very nice location and style.
