Our stay here was one of the most memorable parts of our time in Sri Lanka. Right in front of the beach, this beautiful lodge was more than just a place to stay—it was a home, filled with warmth, good energy, and unforgettable people. From day one, Che Che and his amazing team made us feel like family. Always smiling, always ready with the best local recommendations, and so genuinely passionate about sharing the story of how he created the lodge—it was inspiring to hear and made our experience even more meaningful. Every detail, from the welcoming atmosphere to the peaceful beachside setting, was just perfect. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is the best, i felt very welcomed and was taken care of almost like a family member. Big thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Dias and Jehan which made my stay outstandig. The breakfast was delicious and the little suprises made it so special. The rooms are just as in the pictures and the staff is taking very good care of the property.. It is very near to a big supermarket and the beach is just across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house, which is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the local train station and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Weligama beach. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met, providing a welcoming and caring atmosphere throughout our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals, and the room was not only comfortable but also cozy and peaceful. The garden is a lovely retreat where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. What’s more, the guest house has a great community vibe, making it an ideal place to meet fellow travelers and share experiences. It was easy to connect with other digital nomads and adventurers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great base to explore the area while having all the comforts of home!

• The family were totally friendly and helped us with our suitcases • The location was great! On the other side of the street you will find the turtle beach (we saw turtles there!) • Great view from the balconies - it’s a lot of green and we saw monkeys there • The price was amazing! • the free shower gel smells good

Amazing experience. After a long drive we were met with a warm welcome, glasses of cold juice, and a pre-air-conditioned room with a lovely smell. The room had everything to make you feel at home: tasteful decor, comfortable beds, AC, plenty of storage space, a bright portable lamp to get you through brief power cuts was a lovely touch. Everything’s VERY clean. Any questions/issues were resolved momentarily. Special mention goes to breakfast - BEST breakfast you can get on this island. Huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a great experience <3

Perfect location, close to beach, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants but still quiet during the night. Room with AC was very nice and beautiful, even had a hair dryer. Lovely family with cute dog, great breakfast with many different options. There is the option to organise laundry and taxi.

Very nice guesthouse with a very nice common area to relax ( sofas, chairs, tables and a nice little kitchen). The room was bright, big and very clean, I really enjoyed it. Wifi was working perfectly. And the owners are very sweet and adorable people. Highly recommended

Amazing hospitality. Thanks to Anke, we felt like home. The surroundings of the pool are awesome. Great internet connection. Delicious breakfast. It’s a very private place, since there are only two rooms available to book. Both are very comfortable.

I had a great time - The Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The Breakfast was amazing and they even offered small snacks and drinks through the day (pancakes, Iced Coffee, Sandwiches) - Overall highly recommend. Many thanks for the great stay!
