This was a special stay for us. The staff went above and beyond for us and were constantly so warm, friendly, generous and lovely. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer and spent more time in the accommodation and with the staff. The facilities and space were extremely lovely, beautiful and very clean. Cannot recommend this place enough and we would 100% come back if we were ever in Kandy! Thank you for everything!

Our stay at Galkaduwa360 Villa was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, our host, Susantha, made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. On our departure day, he even drove us to the train station and helped us get there just in time to catch our train – a lifesaver!!! The views from the villa are stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The dinner was another highlight. Susantha prepared a delicious meal for us that wasn’t spicy, which was much appreciated as we found most food in Sri Lanka to be a bit too spicy for our taste. We highly recommend Galkaduwa360 Villa and want to thank Susantha for his outstanding hospitality. We would definitely return!

The guestroom is located in the families green garden and has a lot of space, even with a little are in the „second level“. We felt very welcome by the whole family from the first second on. As the house is located on a mountain hill, it was a bit tricky to get there, however, Sudesh organized it perfectly. The room is spacious, clean and had everything that was promised in the booking. The queen sized bed was super comfy and we had a good night rest despite the heavy rain that night. The breakfast was the best we had so far on our trip through Sri Lanka and we were even asked for any preferences on what to get & when to get it. Totally recommend!!

The best stay I've ever had. Memorable for life for sure! I was so stressed out by Kandy's hectic city vibes, that their beautiful hotel felt like an oasis (just as it looks and feels like on the photos). I had completely forgotten about dinner, and was surprised with scrambled eggs on toast (my favorite!). Chanaka & Moon are two beautiful people, who look after their guests wonderfully. Even though I would not like to visit Kandy city again, I would visit again only to stay at Villa Olde Ceylon for multiple days <3

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The owner has worked in the guest service world for many years and I was pleased with the attention to detail during my stay. The breakfast each morning was a little different so as not to have the same menu. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and peaceful stay. It was a stay that I can honestly say I would like to see people here again when I visit Sri Lanka next time. I wish all the people working here be happy!
