This place is a perfect hub for Nanuoya and surrounding area. There is a waterfall close by and you live in the tea fields. You are close to the train and there are multiple viewpoints to look if that interests you. The family is extremely nice and we enjoyed every interaction and tea cup. The best place I stayed in Sri Lanka. WiFi was actually working and it’s very fast! The host provided welcome drinks - black tea, cake, and banana when we arrived. The breakfast was super tasty. There is a very beautiful tea tree view in the back hill. Blankly was heavy enough that you don’t feel cold during the night ( weather is very cold due to the height, no AC needed)

A nice big room with a comfortable bed and views out over the outskirts of the town and onto the tea plantations. There's also a common area with sofa and dining table. Breakfast that was included in the room price was good typical Sri Lankan. I also had an evening meal on both nights which was ok and saved me going into town but wasn't great if I'm honest. Location is around 15 minutes walk to Lovers Leap waterfall. And there's a bus stop a few minutes walk away where buses are every few minutes and cost 35 rupees in to the town centre.

We loved our stay at Cozy Heaven! Lovely family, comfortable bed, great breakfast and dinner. We also bought a trip to three different waterfalls and tea factory from Sanjaya, which was also great and reasonably priced compared to other options. Sanjaya also helped us to get seats on the train to Ella, because we didnt have reserved seats. He also gave us really good tips for the rest of our journey! Thank you to the whole family and all the best! :)

It was a very nice and clean place with big beds and Ruchi with his wife are such kindhearted people. They went out of their way to make our stay nice. Breakfast was delicious. Ruchi took us to tea plantation too.

We booked very short notice as we changed plans and upon our arrival everything was already arranged. We got tea and cakes for welcome and we even got the better room because they had a last minute cancellation and so it was free anyway. So we got a very nice view upon Nuwara Eliad as the hotel is located on a little hill. The whole place looks quiete new and pretty and they have a wonderful garden. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom big and clean. The breakfast was also very good and we could choose from different options. We unfortunately just stayed one night but we would definitiv come again. We could pay by card.
