Convenient to the center of Maharagama. Tuktuks and buses are also easy to use. The air conditioner is working so it's comfortable even on hot nights. The owner and staff are very friendly. On the first day, we were able to pick you up at the airport. Paid. Very reassuring.

Amazing Place. Super clean - the cleanest place we stayed in Sri Lanka!! Hot showers, cold AC, comfortable beds. There is a kitchen with all of the facilities, tea and coffee was provided and the living room had a tv which we had to ourselves as we were the only guests! Location is a lovely quiet area, listening to the birds in the morning with a cup of tea was like heaven 😍 We also enjoyed watching the fish as there are 2 tanks and a fish pond, and there are some of the cutest dogs with the owners upstairs. The staff were fantastic. Wish we found this place earlier and booked a longer stay, but we are flying home today. Highly recommend this Guesthouse

We stayed 03 nights at Burberry Residence as a family with 2 kids and we are quite happy we booked this apartment for our holiday in Colombo. The hosts were amazing, Ashan and his brother and their team Suresh, Raju, and Sunil made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment was well maintained. I wanted a few printouts and both Ashan and his brother helped get me those free of costs which I appreciate much. Suresh, Sunil, and Raju were quite helpful and did our laundry on short notice. Ashan allowed my request to allow my friends and relatives to visit us during the stay and a big thank you Ashan for that! I will certainly book next time as well and recommend Burberry Residence to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious, and clean apartment for a holiday stay.

This was the first stop in our Sri Lankan trip and We weren’t quite ready to brave the hustle bustle of Colombo, Athma house was perfect for that. A small escape where you could admire the city lights over the lake while nestled behind a jungle shield. However central enough for you get out there if you want to. The owner of the property was our highlight. A fabulous well traveled woman with a warm welcoming energy. Her mission to make us feel at home. The interior was a feast for the eyes. Authentic and eccentric. The property was originally built as her home and it still feels that way, lived in and full of soul. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We stayed for one night and would recommend a minimum of two nights.
