I swam in near lake with host family.Locals wash their bodies and clothes there. so I also washed my body. Host took me the Rock to watch sunrise, it was so beautiful view ,on the way home fortunately I saw wild crocodile. After that I rode an elephant (5000LKR required). Also, the location is incredible, it is a 10 min walk to the entrance to the Lion Rock and a 5min walk to the entrance of Pidurangala. Those walks are so scenic, you can spot monkeys, butterflies, peacocks, it is perfect. The homestay is also walkable distance to a lovely restaurant called Nirwana. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace of Lions Rock is unmatched.
