Booked 3 nights extended with 2. The rooms are big, clean and spacious. The bed is huge with a mosquito net, windows that open and such a spacious garden, washing machine that works and a small kitchen, what a place. Felt home from Holland. Really good! Excellent even. In the evening it's quiet, WiFi is good!

The most beautiful sunrises and sunsets are visible from the balcony. A comfortable kitchen. Right next to the ocean, necessary shops, pharmacies, a large food store, a huge market. We had a lovely stay at South House being looked after so well by Anke and her team. This was our treat to ourselves at the end of our time in Sri Lanka and it was the perfect place to relax! The pool is stunning and the seating area is really lovely to sit and unwind. Breakfast was lovely and the room itself was so comfy and thoughtfully designed. The shower deserves a mention, I miss it!

Excellent location, 1 min to supermarket, 1 min to the beach, 1 min to the restaurants. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Towels, blankets, pillows were clean, bed was comfy. It have new good working aircon and table with 2 chairs. Wi-fi was stable. Recommended

The room was nice and clean, the AC worked well. I especially enjoyed gorgeous furniture, very pleasing to the eye. Wifi and washing machine worked well. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water and the water pressure was okay. The family was very friendly and nice, I felt very welcomed. Thank you for making my short stay pleasant :)

    Silva was such a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed during the entire stay and even recommended a place to rent a bike nearby. The breakfast was great, and he would even wake us up in the morning when it was ready! He also let us have late check out at no extra charge. The AC was great, and had a nice warm shower. We shared a small kitchen area with another room so had fridge access which was very helpful.
