A very cozy villa in a family atmosphere and with a good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they bent over backwards to make our stay very comfortable, helped us with everything we needed and made us feel extremely welcome. We got the luxurious suite, it was very nice, with a touch of Moroccan design. A good value for money stay. I strongly recommend ! Thank you so much for the great time in Tétouan !

The space was much bigger and more stylish than expected, so we had plenty of room, and access to different terraces and courtyard as well as internal seating area. We loved that the Riad was tucked away in the Medina. Ali, was amazing. He met us at the gates to the Medina and escorted us to the Riad, and then to a restaurant for dinner, and met us afterwards to guide us home. He was always available to help us and brought us breakfast. He was happy to act as our guide one day around the medina and helped us get a taxi and then a super taxi to get to Chefchaouen. Without him we would have been lost and hungry!

From the initial communication to the minute I left, I felt like a very welcomed member of the family not a guest! The son and mother team - Bader and Zora are amazing! They genuinely care that you are taken care of, feel at home, and have all you need. They go above and beyond to look after you and it was so appreciated. The riad is lovely, the place has thoughtful touches - room heater, hair dryer, rugs on the floor, side lamps for tables, it's the little things that make all the difference. Towels were spotless and fluffy, bedding pristine and when I got lost/locked out - they just help with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommened this riad and the family enough. Take breakfast at the fathers riad a few minutes away - he is just as lovely as his son and wife! The views from the breakfast area are incredible, the breakfast excellent value and the wifi strong enough for me to use for my work. Thanks for letting me do so! The house was really cute! It had a traditional layout and decoration and a nice terrace on top. The hosts cooked a great breakfast for us.

The building is beautiful and peaceful and it has an ancient water fountain which brings water from the mountains via ancient canals. The facilities are clean and the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. If you need anything at all - a towel, a blanket, a cup of tea, breakfast, tourism tips etc just ask and they will help you. The building has a terrace with views of the city and mountains and in the evening the staff serve drinks if you wish. It is a great place to meet people - other tourists, travellers and locals. I would definitely recommend Tétouan house when you visit Tetouan.The owners are an old couple who are super friendly .They give me a feeling as if I were living at home.They offered me biscuits and tea in the evening and breakfast for free which is out of my expectations.And you won't find better rooms at this price in Morocco.A single room not a single bed.Actually I chose to change my plan to stayed in their house for one more night to play with them and their cat.BTW cats are shy and cute. I think I would come again when vacation in the future ❤️

The place was clean and calm, a great place to stay in has everything you need, A double bed for an unbeatable price. Has hangers, Shelvees and beautiful RBG lighting covering the whole room adjusted with a remote control (Colors, brightness, Effects ect..). Overall it's a 10 out of 10. A true hidden gem.
