The staffs are very friendly and accommodating even the hotel owner. They will guide you and recommend you places to visit and explore. Staffs became our friends and they are so warm by giving their 100% effort to their work. the place is very convenient to all restaurants' and beaches. you can also request anything and they will try to do their outmost best. I for sure would recommend the place to all of my friends + the price is very affordable. They will always guarantee your safety.

Everything! The staff were amazing! They arranged all our water activities, picked us up from the ferry, answered every question, suggested where to go snd were just fantastic overall, the food was amazing, so tasty - we were sorry to leave and cannot wait to go back!

The location was perfect and the food in the hotel was great! Extremely friendly and professional staff, well trained!! We created a Little problem by booking an early flight from Male, not taking the earliest speedboat departure into account. Abdul helped is out in a perfect way and problem was solved. Would recommend this hotel when visiting Maafushi!

The staff and owner are very friendly and hospitable! The room is nice and clean, ac working perfectly. Shower runs hot water. Water is included which is really nice. We also had breakfast included in the price. They also lend beach towels if needed. You pay one price for your stay + green tax, and all the basic needs are included, and more..! Which means no worries are needed about unexpected bills in the end. If we come back to Maafushi again, we will definitely go here.

The hotel is right next to the bikini beach and close to good restaurants. The owner was super friendly, always with a smile, just like all the hotel staff. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Every day they come by to clean the room and restock towels.

    Wonderful stay at Sun Shine View. The host family was excellent and struck the perfect balance of giving me my privacy at the same time as making me feel looked after, including by meeting me at the port and helping me to arrange activities and logistics. The room is cosy and comfortable and made-up daily. It is located in the more local part of the island, just a short walk from the touristy area, giving you a more meaningful and authentic travel experience. Thank you for having me!!

    The stay was excellent 👌 We had everything we need for our stay, sparkling clean room/bathroom/towels + we had a great host, Rakib which made us feel like we stay with a feiend. He walked an extra mile, in order to help us with our luggages to and from the port, to come with us to book a day trip, to book our tickets back to Maafushi , everything we needed, he was there for us. Thank you Rakib and Island Ambience for the great stay. Tip: island is so small, that you walk end to end for 5min, so anywhere you stay is close to everything.
