We've travelled extensively and this is one of the most comfortable and well presented self contained accommodation options we have ever had. Nice to actually get accommodation that looks like the advertising photos and designated parking at our door. So comfortable, no skimping on providing items to make this a home away from home. No short changing economising by the host in this property as we're finding more and more of. Multiple cooking appliances, abundance of kitchen crockery and cutlery supplies complete with array of spices, breakfast supplies and a big bottle of fresh milk in the full size fridge with freezer. Decent size bathroom and shower with big bottles of shower products. Full size washing machine and dryer and again no skimping by the host in providing a household bottle of laundry liquid to use. Vacuum cleaner, broom even a hand blower to chase away the rose petals from the door. A welcome gift of chocolates and farm honey when greeted by Lynley, our host, were very welcome. We had an issue connecting to the wifi due to a technical problem on our side and Lynley arrived within minutes of our text to her and troubleshooted our problem. Fast internet connection and smart TV with Netflix guest profile logged in. Rustling Oaks is definitely on our list of go to accommodation when we return to New Zealand. Lovely quiet rural location yet within minutes of town.
