First of all: thank you Ítalo and Úrsula for making my stay so special. These two cared so much about me, there aren’t enough words to it! I stayed there for 5 nights, and Úrsula was always making sure I felt comfortable. Even when I was feeling sick, I got cared for! They prepared delicious hearty breakfast with so much care, always making sure people are feeling good (not just during breakfast). About the place: well this is such a wonderful place to rest and recover, heal, meditate, read, draw, do yoga or whatever you feel to do. This is a beautiful and quiet place to stay. The property has a beautiful garden, with lots of flowers and beautiful trees, where all animals (birds, bees, butterflies…) feel welcome. There are also two dogs who are lovely, Pedro and Mika (a puppy dog), who just brightened my days. The views surrounding the property on the mountains are breathtaking, and you can go to the lovely market , drink a coffee/tea at a nice nearby coffee shop or on a few walks (to a lake, waterfall…) nearby. The kitchen was the highlight of our stay! We really enjoyed cooking ourselves and the hosts were very accommodating, showing us everything we could use for cooking.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Outside the little garden area was very tranquil and I enjoyed both mornings on the balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was superb and very filling! All the staff were very friendly and kind.

The rooms are cute, nothing fancy, exactly like the pictures show, they’re extremely clean and comfortable. It was so cold when we stayed but we had plenty of blankets and a fantastic hot shower which saved the day. The thoughtfulness of the owner and staff is what makes this place amazing. We had some fruit in our room and when housekeeping noticed this they placed a knife and plate nexto it so that we could enjoy it in our room. The owner Janny is so amazing and helped us track down a missing parcel that we couldn’t figure out without her. The location is super handy right nexto town with easy access to everything.

Casa Augusta is located at the heart of Pisac and feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived José, the host, treated me like family - he even made a special tea to help me with altitude sickness, he would fill out my water bottle every night so I wouldn't be cold!! The morning view was amazing, overlooking the mountains in a frame of leaves and flowers from the house's garden. The bed was huge, and the bathroom had lots of hot water. It was super comfy.

Everything was perfect. It's a bit outside of town, so very quiet, beautiful view and only 15 min walk to the beautiful center of urubamba. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is amazing as well
