The location was great! Not in the City Center of Legazpi but easily reachable by foot. It’s located in a small street next to the Main Street so there’s not a lot of noise. Easy accessible public transport. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the air condition was new. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Free coffee in the morning on the balcony. The place comes with very good wifi.

The view of the mount Mayon from the rooftop is just breathtaking! Ferdinand (owner) is very friendly, helpful and likes to have a small chat. He even drove us to the bus terminal and offered us some Bicol food specialities. There was once water supply issue and Ferdinand went straight away to buy waterbuckets so we do not run out of water - what a legend! There is a kitchen you can use and if you need anything there is an inhouse "honesty store" were you can buy different stuff. Free water hot or cold The rooms are basic but considering the price and what you get woth it mentioned above it is super value.

    Very beautiful guesthouse, especially the common rooms. Very big and cozy, many plants. The terrace was also nice and there would normally be a nice view of the volcano which we couldn’t see due to the weather. Personell was very helpful! Organized a grab for us for an early flight and also helped to rent a scooter. Good filipino breakfast also. Perfect stay if you want to have a comfortable environment, yet be close to the locals.
