The Homestay was great value for money and in an excellent location, it was 2 minutes from the beach and close to a number of restaurants and small shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was great. There was even a whole water dispenser in the room!! The hotel is in a calm location with shade. But only a short walk to coco grove beach/tubod sanctuary. I spent my days there remotely working/computer job and it worked great. Great Wi-Fi, good staff that topped up coffee and water all day long. Good breakfast. Loved my snorkelling breaks. (In the beginning I’d thought of working on the patio, so Ninni had prepared table and chair for me. I guess it would have worked fine. The little huts are very cute and clean, surrounded by palm trees, flowers and little cats and chickens running around. The staff, especially the owner was super nice and really took care of us. The scooter rental was uncomplicated and affordable (300p per day). It’s located a little more outside of the city, but because the island is so small you can still reach everything in a couple of minutes with a scooter.
