The location was close to restaurants and about ten minutes walk to walking street. The couple who run the place were very helpful and you can buy ferry tickets there. They will also arrange transport for you

The breakfast was Thai desserts. The location is outside the city - you need a car or motorcycle. The room was very, very clean. The bed is nice. There is a salt water swimming pool. The price is very good. But (... and I say this with good intentions - while giving a high score) it is probably not a good idea to keep chickens and roosters near the hotel room, unless you want that your customers get up at 4AM every day..... The owner is very kind. My general impression is very positive.
