Cozy room, really close to Sukhothai historical park. Joum was an amazing host, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything set for my visit. I asked her to check from which terminal my next bus would leave, she realized I had booked the wrong date and made everything to get it corrected, plus she booked transportation to the station for me.

Excellent, clean, family mini-hotel in the private sector, 10 minutes walk from the historical park of Sukhothai. Within 10 minutes walk there are also 7/11 shops and cafes for lunch and dinner. After 18.00 there is a small local night market with food.

Everything was clean and comfortable. At this price you’re wondering what’s the catch, well, there isn’t one. It’s really a nice place to stay and we had a wonderful time. The staff doesn’t speak English but they do everything to make you feel at home. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 nights and we must say, this was one of the hidden gems of our trip to Thailand. The gardens are peaceful and well-kept, offering an oasis from the bustle of New Sukhothai. The room was clean and roomy with a lovely outdoor seated area where we could order food and drinks from the kitchen. The pool was a pleasant temperature to cool down when it got too hot and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and flexible. Some people might have a few minor quibbles with the bathroom - there was only hot water available from one of the two shower heads and the tap in the handwash basin was a little loose. Compared to the typical standards in Thailand at this price point however, most aspects of the room exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is about 15 minutes drive from the historic park, but don't let the location put you off a stay here - a taxi with the Grab app to the old town only cost around 120 Baht. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here if you want affordable, relaxing and comfortable stay in Sukhothai with exceptional service.

The place is good,nearby to the bus station, colorful, good vibes and people. The staff is lovely and kind. Is it possible to rent bikes and motorbikes. The breakfast menu is good and cheap. Comfortable bed. The room is good.

    The staffs are very friendly and supportive. It’s literary like a home stay. Breakfast was full of seasonal fruits and warm fried rice with an egg, which was beyond expectation. Bicycle is free for rent. Very close to the historical park and other shops & restaurants, just 3-5 minutes of biking get you arrive there.
