Beautiful property, is like a mansion- couple / host’s are very kind and friendly. The leisure room had comfy seats and books, heaps of games to play too. Also get free breakfast of delicious homemade croissants and cocoa in the morning made by the landlady. I was the only one that night and the next morning the lady host very kindly drove me around the area to the reserve and to the volcano mud pools and dropped me off at the metro station too! Thank you so much!!

The room was very new and clean. There was an elevator and facilities for drinking water (warm or cold). The bathroom was also very clean and had warm water. Relatively close to the train station (about 1 train stop from HSR).

Everything! James was waiting for us when we arrived, he showed us to our room and all of the facilities - everything is so clean and wonderful, the room was very comfortable and the roof terrace is lovely! He very kindly prepared some fresh grapefruit for us too! His wife is also very lovely and they both gave us many good recommendations and chatted a while - thank you for having us 😁

One of the best family-run hotel that I have ever been to. The hosts were amazingly helpful and kind. HUGE room. The place is super clean all the time. Free coffee, tea, drinking water in the common kitchen area. Very convenient 24/7 laundry room (the hotel runs a laundry service with many machines, customers insert coins to wash and dry clothes).
