The best guesthouse during my trip to Uzbekistan. You book a room with a bathroom in the owner's house and have some shared spaces like entrance and kitchen. The room is very clean and new. Good A/C and fast wifi available. The host is very kind, helpful, attentive, flexible and offers delicious breakfast. I speak Russian too and we had great conversations during our meals. The location is not far from the train station and the airport, in a good safe area, close to a market, on a quiet street. I felt like home at this place and would definitely stay there again. :)

The host family is the most helpful of all the places we stayed so far. Magic city, bus stop restaurants and banks 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants around at walkable distance. Rooms are really big and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. The host herself son and daughter speak very good English. They're always helpful and they even told us to call them anytime for help. The son even arranged taxi for us to go to the Kazakhstan border. We are all very grateful 🙏 to them.

The room and the bathroom were well equipped, well lit and clean. The owners were very helpful, making a call for me and upgrading my room when I arrived , as other guests wanted to extend the room that I had booked initially. Location-wise it does not take long to take the metro into the city "center". The metro itself is cheap and the stations are often beautifully done.
