Beautiful and modern room with a safe car parking. The bed was great. Very clean. The swimming pool looks nice. Easy location in the centrum of Graskop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us. We can recommend this hotel, and as European I would compare it with a kind of Ibis hotel. Perfect for a few days visiting the panorama route or even doing a safari day trip to Kruger. The hotel has also an excellent restaurant in the lobby, which makes it very easy for the guests to have dinner in the evening after a day trip out. The manager should promote the possibility to have evening dinner at the hotel restaurant more at check-in or put up the day menu in the lobby and take the reservations for the kitchen at check-in. We had dinner on Sunday evening outside the hotel / in the restaurant opposite the street. On Monday evening we tried the restaurant of the hotel, this was just wonderful! The food was nice, staff very friendly and the dining area very modern. We recommend guests having dinner at the hotel restaurant!

Nicole, the host was exceptional and went all out to make our stay memorable. She is approachable and easy to reach. The breakfast was wholesome, tasty and in huge portions. We'll miss Nicole and husband's breakfast.

Felt very safe. You can walk on the street in the dark to go to the restaurant without any problems. Nice garden with house rabbit and chicken roaming around :-) Very friendly host and very knowledgable who gave us a lot of useful information. Very nice atmosphere/decoration in the room.
