The room was very comfortable and large. The only caveaut - the view from the room was nothing special. The host has simply been amazing and extremely available!!! Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Suzanne was extremely helpful. The rooms were all different. The breakfast was very good. The location was accessible to public transportation.

The apartment itself is new, well furnished and has a cute aesthetic design. It’s also very clean and quiet. The wifi is fast and everything works perfectly in the apartment. The location is nice as there an U- and S-bahn stations just around the corner. We just got a weekly transport pass and it was so convenient. 25 minutes and you are in the city center. There’s also a very nice Austrian restaurant nearby, as well as a bakery and a Bila supermarket in walking directions.

I like the design of having separate rooms for the shower and toilet. The area is quite so I enjoyed a good night's sleep for a great price.
