I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. One of the best things about it is the location – very well-connected and convenient, with easy and quick access to all the main attractions in the city. The public transportation nearby made getting around super simple. Check-in was completely hassle-free, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. The apartment is in an excellent location, with great connections (subway, bus just a few meters away, direct link to the main train station). The owner, Tina, is very hospitable; she welcomed us warmly and gave us a whole range of useful recommendations and tips that came in very handy. The apartment is spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is great as well. We will definitely come back.

That’s an awesome apartment fully equipped with everything you might want or need. There’s everything for cooking, a coffee machine, all the dishes, etc. The hosts are also so nice that they put some beverages in the fridge before our arrival. The apartment itself is new, well furnished and has a cute aesthetic design. It’s also very clean and quiet. The wifi is fast and everything works perfectly in the apartment. The location is nice as there an U- and S-bahn stations just around the corner. We just got a weekly transport pass and it was so convenient. 25 minutes and you are in the city center. There’s also a very nice Austrian restaurant nearby, as well as a bakery and a Bila supermarket in walking directions.
