The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful, giving us good recommendations for restaurants nearby (the restaurant in the village center is at 10 min walk and amazing food and atmosphere), things to do in the surroundings (easy to get to Tirano for the Bernina red train etc). The breakfast is really nice, italian style, with homemade tarts and good cappuccino/ coffee and more. There is also a nice terrace to take advantage of the view on the surrounding mountains and Fabrizio does the best relaxing massages ! A great discovery !

In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal, and the breakfast in the morning was very varied and gave us enough calories to climb the Splügen Pass.
