The bathroom was a good size and clean and included shampoo and soap which was handy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: bread and butter, cheese, scrambled eggs, juice, tea, coffee and cake! The host was so lovely, such a kind friendly lady and helped out with suggestions for what to do in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

The day was cold and there was a lovely log fire as I arrived. Nicole was extremely welcoming and very helpful. I was given a choice of rooms as there were few guests and I was able to check in a few hours early when my bus arrived. The room was very comfortable as was the common area and the kitchen. The shared bathroom was in good condition, the wifi signal was good and the location was perfect, right in the centre of town. Nicole was very generous giving recommendations about where to visit in the area and with tips about how to get there. A really lovely stay.

I was made to feel so welcome here and Grace is a lovely lady who makes the best cake to go with a great breakfast. Comfy single bed was enough for me and i had the bathroom to myself. Nice and quiet road with no noise and was made to feel at home here. A beautiful garden,a great spot and must be the best value in Valdivia for sure..
