The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.

During your time staying in this recently renovated homestay, dating back to 1956, you will have access to free WiFi. The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

Very welcoming, we even got a room upgrade, he drove us to a street with some restaurants the first night and showed us some nice places in the city. He made sure some clothes were washed before we were going home. Our first room was small, but nice, the second room we got had a private bathroom, was very spacious with a lot of light. You can use the kitchen and there are eggs, cereals, bread, fruits,... available for breakfast. We would highly recommend a stay here!!
