I have to start from words “I don’t have enough words” to explain how amazing was our stay in this lovely place. So, I will try. Manager and owner Kate very nice and kind person. She helped us to make reservations for many attractions. Also she always been in touch with us, provided information about interesting spots, food places, tickets etc. Big bonus - Kate can speak English very well. Kate’s mom had cooked breakfast and lunch for us and it was really amazing, I literally felt in love with simple homemade Chinese food thanks to her 😍 Location is very good. Very quiet at night. And the same time just few steps away from ferry, then a couple of minutes by boat and you are in the middle of hustle and bustle West Street. Guest house itself is very nice, reception is interesting decorated. Washing machine and free detergent are available on the roof top. Free water bottles at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are big. We had balcony room and the river view was great. So, I definitely can recommend to book this place. You will never regret for sure. Thank you again Kate! The service provided by Lili was attentive and excellent. She offered me options to make the most of the city and responded quickly to my questions (she speaks excellent English). I thoroughly enjoyed my two days there. The room has a beautiful view. The neighborhood is nice and close to the river and the markets.

Situated not far from Ping’an car park, the hotel is quite easy to get to, free luggage transport from Pingan car park is provided. Amazing is not enough for the service and hospitality. The room well decorated and the view was beautiful. The lady in front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and kind personnel, especially Gloria and Rita provided a lot of practical support in organizing local trips and ensuring a wonderful stay. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, serving Chinese and Italian food. They offer different breakfast options, all very good.

The rooms are beautifully designed in modern comforts, spacious, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and most stunning thing is “there is an elevator!!” inside the lodge. We did not have to walk all to way up to 6th floor. We just had more than we expected and needed for a perfect stay. The host is a lovely couple and they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They are also professional tour guides and help planned our itinerary to explore and experience the Yangshuo local attractions. They made us feel like part of the local family and complete our travel effortless. All in all, this lodge is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a decent retreat with exceptional services and a genuine local experience, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning!!
