The hostel is clean, the beds comfortable and the aircon great (and necessary). Delicious breakfast. Good wifi! Located in a calmer part of Santa Marta with fewer restaurants, although close to the beach. A bit noisy during the evenings due to the traffic outside. Ideal for people traveling in groups or in pairs.

The view from the top of his property is beautiful, and it was great to be so close to the river and hike right from our cabana. We could walk to Tayrona and take a short bus ride to other sites. The small town of San Rafael was the perfect landing for us; we loved experiencing culture in that way. The accommodations are simple but we're exactly what our family wanted.

Very quiet. 5 mins walk into the main strip of town (up a hill on the way back but not far- worth it for the views from the balcony)

The room was very clean and had air conditioning which was a great advantage. The owners were very helpful and took great care of the guests. They helped me with the taxi and arranged a nice breakfast. Highly recommended
