I find the value offered for the price great, compared to other options available at the time of booking. The bed was comfortable as I slept surprisingly well. The place was clean, overall.

There is also window on the side of courtyard, so you don't have to listen possible noises from the street, if you sleep with open window. Comfortable bed and comfortable stay.

The bed was broken, the shower clogged the entire 1 week stay. And someone staying in another room kept smoking ciggarettes. Tries reaching the host but took a 4 day response as everything is automated. And basically they just emailed me with a "what do you want" 4 days later after trying everyday, every number available, calling MANY times. I would not recommend this place. Also it is on the 5th floor with no elevator, not easy hauling luggage up 5 floors. And the WiFi was TERRIBLE!
