They prepared us dinner one night which was great! The house is super cute and clean, love the view to the lake. The town is safe to walk I'm at night. Make sure to go to Bambu Grill. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets to defeat the mountain chill. I loved the paintings everywhere. The place is rustic, but comfortable and well-maintained. Even though we are not young mountaineers, we were comfortable and happy there. Even though the place is right next to the road, it is quiet. The bathroom is down the hall, but it is very clean, and there were no other guests that night.

The daughter prepares a delicious breakfast, and the son brought us hot water bottles in the evening. Patricio even drove us to the nearest bus station to Quito. Muy recomendable!
