The prestigious Almorah Hotel was built around 1841 and is a listed building of great importance. It is situated in an elevated position above the town of St Helier with magnificent views over the town and its interesting harbour filled with a mixture of fishing boats and private yachts. Our hosts, Carlos and Silvina were wonderful.Nothing was too much trouble,and always cheerful.Breakfasts were great,as were the evening meals.

Originally built 200 years ago, the guesthouse maintains some original features. Room was totally clean 😀 (I'm very critical) . View was exceptional. A lovely guesthouse. Each room has a TV, wardrobe, seating area and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have an en suite shower with toiletries provided. The Thalatta Guest House was a welcoming place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the owner was very kind. She served the breakfast herself with patient humor for two travelers who were just starting out on their next big adventure. We even came back to stay one more night at the end of our adventure.

The bedrooms at De L'Etang all have an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. They also feature a flat-screen TV and some of them have sea views. All the staff we so friendly,nothing was to much trouble. Special shout out to Hasim, who went above and beyond for us . Our evening meal was fantastic, I can see why so many locals and tourists alike dine with them for food . The hotel view from our room was amazing . Would 100% stay here again .

On the south coast of St Helier, just across the road from St Aubin’s Bay, this guest house offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Guests can relax in the spacious lounge or out on the sun terrace in warmer weather. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Seawold Guesthouse and Anna made the stay even more exceptional by ensuring all our needs/requests were met. Location is perfect - the bus stop is outside the guesthouse and easy to use the bus system (even though some routes are only every hour)!. Beachfront is across the road and numerous cafes as well as the local Co-op are in walking distance. Accomodation itself was ideal for the stay - all amenities covered and a very quaint breakfast area. We liked the extra touches of having a seating area downstairs and a fridge which was readily available for us to use.
