The view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. Shower has good pressure. The room does not have a bidet sprayer, but the shower hose does stretch far enough, so it's all good. Breakfast is varied and top notch quality (but does not start until 8:20, so we had to miss it when we went hiking to Gergeti Church early in the morning to avoid the crowds). Parking is available directly on the property. The room is spotlessly clean and the fridge works well and is relatively quiet.

Boasting mountain views, Old district features accommodation with balcony, around 47 km from Republican Spartak Stadium. This guest house provides a garden. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. We had an apartment on the top floor and enjoyed the best view towards the mountains from the huge terrace. A nice bathroom has a dedicated shower. Owners were nice. Homemade food was really great both for a breakfast and a dinner. The house is close to the shop but away from the busy centre.
