Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The room had a sea view and location was nice and quiet. Nice restaurant just down the hill and a bus stop just a 15 minute walk away made it very convenient. Having a pool and beach access so close was amazing.

Situated in a peaceful area of Fira, just 500 metres from the main square, Gianna Suites provides a charming base with a traditional courtyard and outdoor pool. スタッフの方が非常に親切だった。システムトラブルがあり、予約していた部屋に1泊（予約は２泊）しか出来なかったが、その為か非常に気を使って頂いた。（２泊目は部屋を変更）お部屋は清潔感があり、非常に快適でした。Wi-Fiスピードも全く問題ありませんでした。事前にスタッフの方より連絡があり、色々やり取りが出来たことも良かったです。WhatsAppをインストールすると良いと思います。イアや空港行きのバス停もそんなに遠くなかったです。（10分程度）

I have a pleasant stay at here! Not that far away from Fira, and the room is also nice(with terrace, and pool). And the receptionist is the kindest people I met at Greece! Because of him, me and my friend can travel so easily. If I revisit Santorini, I would stay here again:)

Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!

The place was perfectly renovated to preserve the character of the old mansion while combining comfort with the functionality of each space. Its location is excellent, as you can reach the center of Ermoupoli within a 5-minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Host was very friendly and hospitable. Accomodation was everything required and only a short walk from the town - 7-8 minutes. Was offered pick-up from the port but I didn't need it. There is also a lovely, secluded beach less than 5 minutes away! There is, in addition, a bus service each morning from Livadi up to the wonderful hill-town of Chora.
