Offering a garden and garden view, Clara Lodge is set in Sallins, 10 km from Naas Racecourse and 11 km from Punchestown Racecourse. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. Kerry was a great host. Checking us in at around 8.30pm. The accomodation was very well presented. (2) rooms with ensuites adjoining a common area “Hadyns Bar” between rooms which provided privacy. Excellent facilities of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at modest prices on an honesty system. Light breakfast was also provided in the way of Toast, Cereals, Yoghurt and Fresh milk. 🙂. Tea and coffee also. Haydns bar had TV, pool table and dart board. The property is in a semi pastoral area, well positioned, a short distance from the township where there is a few eating places and a LIDL supermarket.

The homestay has a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave and there is a private bathroom with slippers and a hair dryer. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Proper espresso coffee. Even though the host lives there, he allows the guest unimpeded access to all areas.

The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated. The shared lounge is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't interact with staff in person but Rachel sent helpful instructions about the property and everything was clear. It is not easy to spot the entrance from the road, so use the Eircode provided.
