The country and places we've stayed have been amazing, including The White Quarry House. Maria was a great host, very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had lots of storage. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, I LOVED the huge bathtub. No other places we've stayed on the trip had a bath tub at all. The grounds were beautiful as well and I loved the landscaping. Tons of parking. Gorgeous town. Thank you!

The grounds were pristine and the cabin was beautifully furnished and decorated with nice quality items. This was no cookie cutter rental property. The kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, milk, butter and jams, assorted teas and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable !

I would definitely recommend The Happy Place for a lovely peaceful stay in Navan.

Hill of Slane is 24 km away and Navan Race Course is 24 km from the homestay. Beautiful and comfortable. Good location to visit Newgrange and close to Dublin. We had to go to the airport the next day and it was easy to get to.

We booked 2 nights so we could arrive at 6 am from Dublin airport and sleep until 1 pm!! then made the amazing tour to Knowth and Newgrange!

The location was fantastic, right downtown in Trim with great views out every window. I figured, being above a bar, that there might be noise issues but even when live music was playing with a full crowd there was only a dim background level of noise. The facilities were in good repair, tea and water were provided to the room, fresh towels without prompting, it was a great experience.
